DIE Property market DIE
About 2 and a half years ago, the small 2 bed room apartment I rent in Melbourne inner city suburb was asking around AUD280,000 selling price. And the market went quiet during global financial crisis. After just more than a year, while we are still not sure if we really avoided the recession, the same property is selling at near AUD350,000.
OK, first home buyers got to wake up. While it is always a beautiful dream owning a property, and nothing wrong with that, the market is just going to fast, too furious.
Err… My point is….err, I’ve no idea. And I’m always absolutely delighted to see any market collapses….
Here is a chart I drew while sitting in toilet this morning.
The 38°c day
It was a 38°c day, the most hated summer heat wave was back to Melbourne again. I sound like a broken record, but, I truly HATE summer. Don’t be mistaken, the heat in Melbourne summer, is definitely different from the humid hot weather of south east Asia. That was dry heat. Well, basically, Melbourne turned into a giant oven.
We experienced a typical Melbourne day, right after 2pm, temperature droped more than 10°c. From freaking 38°c to 26°c. And I realized it was raining… oh well, I have been trading the whole day, who cares about what’s going on outside the window.

I had some thoughts in mind, but, out of sudden, I don’t feel like writing anything. Darn the weather.
